• Execute the Board of Directors policies and directives.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities, such as billing and move toward collecting on delinquent accounts.
• Provide updates to the board about the financial status of delinquent accounts in a predetermined timely manner.
• Manage bank accounts..
• Establishing a long-term plan for sustainable funding and a preventative maintenance plan.
• Oversee site management by conducting inspections. 
• Ensure Vendors deliver services per their contractual obligations.
• Check that homeowners are in compliance with rules, bylaws, etc.
